These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the official distribution services provided by Linux Studio Plugins Team ("we," "us," or "our") for the LSP Plugins official binaries.
1. The Service
We provide a digital distribution service that includes:
- Free access to professionally compiled, digitally signed, and notarized binaries for GNU/Linux-based opearing system, FreeBSD or any other officially supported libre operating system.
- Paid access to professionally compiled, digitally signed, and notarized binaries for Windows or any other officially supported proprietary operating system.
- Access to technical support and maintenance updates.
- The convenience of automated installers.
Note: You are paying for the service of compilation, packaging, and distribution. The underlying source code remains subject to the LGPL v3 license.
2. Payments and Access
- Fees: All prices are as stated on the checkout page. Fees are charged at the time of purchase.
- Delivery: Upon successful payment, you will receive a unique download link or access to a customer dashboard.
- Access Duration: You will have permanent access to the purchased version and free minor updates related to fixing problems but not including new features.
3. Refund Policy
Because our product is a digital download, we generally do not offer refunds once the software has been downloaded. However, we want you to be satisfied:

| Technical Issues | If the software fails to launch or has a critical bug preventing use on a supported OS, we will offer a full refund if we cannot resolve it within 14 days. |
| Accidental Purchase | If you purchased but did not download the file, we offer a 14-day "no questions asked" refund. |
| Change of Mind | No refunds are provided once the software has been downloaded. |
4. Updates and Support
- Updates: Your purchase includes permanent access to all future micro releases (e.g. 1.2.26, 1.2.27, etc.) until the next release of the software will implement some new features specific to the purchased software build but not the framework it uses.
- Support: Technical support is limited to installation issues and "bugs" in the official build. We do not provide support for custom forks or modifications made to the source code by the user. To gain the support, you can create an issue on our issue tracker or contact us directly via the feedback form and specifying your support identifier given at the registration stage.
5. Account Security
You need to create an account to access downloads for proprietary operating systems:
- Please refer our privacy policy about usage of your personal data.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You may not share your download links or account access with third parties. While the LGPL allows you to share the software, sharing your access to our servers is a violation of these Terms.
6. Trademark and Branding
While the source code is open-source, the name "LSP Plugins", the logos, and the "Official Build" branding are trademarks of Linux Studio Plugins Team. You may not redistribute modified versions of the software using our branding or trademarks without express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linuxs Studio Plugins Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service or the Official Build.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Your Country/State, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
